Biography:

Arcanica is a prog metal/rock band from Philadelphia that formed in 2021.  The band is  made up of an order of musicians channeling mythologies of the past to grapple with the complexities of the modern world. Musically the order is focused on the craft of songs about life, death and everything in between. Melding dueling guitars with complex polyrhythms Arcanica creates sonic landscapes that are punishing, soaring and cathartic .The members of Arcanica share a deep passion for exploring the realms of the mind and spirit through their music, creating a sonic tapestry that captivates the listener and takes them on a journey of self-discovery.

Arcanica draws inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, incorporating elements from bands such as Leprous, Cynic, Haken, Borknagar, Devin Townsend and many more. These influences are seamlessly woven into the fabric of their sound, resulting in a style that is both familiar and refreshingly innovative.
